Where can I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID is displayed right after checkout and sent to your email with the subject line "Order Placed - Aussie Print Shop". It typically starts with APS- or AP-.
Do I need an account to track my order?
No! Anyone can enter the Order ID to check job status. Customer private contact details and credit card info are masked for privacy and security.
When does courier tracking activate?
Carrier tracking links typically activate within 2–4 hours after courier pickup from our Sydney manufacturing hub.
