1. Agreement & Order Confirmation

By placing an order on our platform or submitting print-ready files, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. An order is confirmed once payment has been authorized and artwork files have been verified by our prepress system.

2. Artwork Approvals & Proofing Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify all text, spelling, phone numbers, addresses, layout alignment, bleed margins, and dimensions prior to confirming an order.

While Aussie Print Shop provides automated prepress preflight verification to detect technical issues (such as low DPI resolution or missing bleed), we are not responsible for typographical or grammatical errors present in customer-submitted artwork files.

3. Color Reproduction & Screen-to-Print Variations

All files are printed in CMYK color space. Because computer and mobile phone screens display colors in RGB (which has a wider color gamut than physical printing inks), minor color variations between digital monitor displays and physical ink on paper are natural and acceptable within industry tolerances (ISO 12647-2).

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By uploading artwork, logos, graphics, and photography to our site, you warrant that you are the copyright owner or possess legal authorization to reproduce the materials. Aussie Print Shop reserves the right to decline any print job that infringes trademark, copyright, or Australian law.

5. Delivery, Dispatch & Force Majeure

We strive to dispatch all orders within stated production timeframes. However, transit times provided are estimates supplied by third-party express courier networks (Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT). Aussie Print Shop is not liable for consequential losses resulting from courier delays, extreme weather events, or carrier logistics disruptions.

6. Quality Guarantee & Claims

All claims for defective goods or shipping damage must be lodged within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
